Refund Policy

1. Digital service

BEAST IP packages (Scout, Waypoint, Atlas, and Horizon) are digital services delivered electronically by email. Because the Service is delivered and usable immediately upon delivery, refund eligibility is limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

• The service has not been delivered, activated, or used; and
• No significant traffic has been consumed through the provided IPs.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will generally NOT be granted where:

• The service has already been delivered and used;
• The account was suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service;
• You purchased the wrong package by mistake after delivery;
• The service was blocked by a specific website or platform due to that site's own access policies (we do not guarantee access to any specific third-party website); or
• You change your mind after the service has been activated.

4. How to request a refund

Email with your order number and the reason for your request. Include your order details and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.

5. Cancellation

The amounts shown are package prices. Billing frequency, renewal, and cancellation terms are determined by the checkout page. Review those details before confirming your order. You may cancel any renewal through the billing portal provided at checkout.

6. Review before purchase

We encourage you to review the IP type, locations, traffic allowance, and delivery details on each product page before purchasing. If a detail is missing, contact us before placing an order.
