These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BEAST IP website and the IP-service packages offered through it (the "Service"), provided by BEAST IP ("we", "us", or "our"). By browsing the website, purchasing a package, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the website or purchase or use the Service.
The Service is offered to Scout, Waypoint, Atlas, and Horizon package holders. These Terms apply equally to every package; specific package details (number of IPs, locations, traffic allowance, delivery time) are described on each product page and confirmed at checkout.
BEAST IP provides internet connectivity through alternative IP addresses. Depending on the package and configuration, the Service may use residential, datacenter, or ISP-type IP addresses, support HTTP and SOCKS5 protocols, and offer optional IP rotation and sticky sessions.
The Service is intended for lawful purposes such as market research, ad verification, location-aware testing, and website and application quality assurance. The exact specifications of each package — IP type, number of connections, supported locations, monthly traffic allowance, rotation options and delivery time — are listed on the relevant product page and confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
We do not guarantee that the Service will work with, or grant access to, any specific third-party website, platform, application, or service. Access to third-party resources is governed by their own terms and technical measures, which are outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By purchasing a package you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, IP details, or access information delivered to you, and for all activity conducted through the IPs assigned to your package. You agree to notify us promptly at if you believe your credentials have been compromised or used without authorisation.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to respect the terms of service, acceptable-use policies, and access controls of any website or platform you access through the Service. You are solely responsible for your activity while using the Service.
You may use the Service for legitimate research, testing, verification, and QA workflows. You must not use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or any third-party system, or that interferes with any other party's use of the Service.

Package prices displayed on the website (Scout €11.99, Waypoint €29.99, Atlas €39.99, Horizon €63.99) are package prices in EUR. Billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, and any additional charges are determined by the checkout page and must be reviewed before you confirm your order.
Each package has its own checkout page. Scout, Waypoint, Atlas, and Horizon are billed separately and are never shared. Payment is processed through the secure checkout provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
By confirming a purchase you authorise the applicable charges through the checkout provider and acknowledge that the package specifications and billing terms presented at checkout are the terms that apply to your order.
IP service details are delivered by email within the timeframe stated on each package page (for example, within 24 hours for Scout and within 2 hours for Horizon). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Please review the delivery and activation instructions presented on the checkout page before purchasing. Your order confirmation and any available delivery information are provided by the checkout provider.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because the Service is a digital product delivered electronically, refund eligibility is limited. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements or work with any particular third-party website or platform.
Any IP type, location, traffic allowance, rotation, or delivery detail is descriptive of the package configuration and is not a guarantee of performance, availability, or compatibility with any specific destination. You are responsible for confirming that a package meets your needs before purchasing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BEAST IP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold BEAST IP harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
The BEAST IP name, logo, website content, and Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website or Service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the data and content you transmit through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
These Terms take effect when you first access the website or purchase a package and continue until your package expires or is terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any assigned IPs ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which BEAST IP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
